Uhm, the only way i can think of is to slow the shutter down to where he was able to move around and get different angles of the subject , or maybe taking several pictures and combining them.
One building i know of that would be really cool to take this type of picture of is the frost bank downtown, i thought of this one imparticular because if you look at it from the side it sort of looks like an owl, another is maybe my new church they're building near riverside that has a huge steeple & yes, i have an okay access to both.
